How is this experience structured?

Once you have booked your ticket, we will contact you via email to provide you with details. At the start of your time slot on the 27th May, you will be contacted via emails, Frame VR, Whatsapp messages, discord and Virbella. It will include puzzles, decision making and interaction with actors and other participants via multimedia.

 

How long does this experience last?

 

This is a 3 week online experience with an in-person element (you will still receive and complete experience with a satisfying finale even if you are unable to attend the in-person element) that is designed to sit alongside the online and in-person activities of the 2024 iLRN Conference - it will not hinder you attending any of the events.

 

If I cannot attend the in-person conference, will I miss out on the narrative?

 

No - you will still receive and complete experience with a satisfying finale even if you are unable to attend the in-person element. 

 

What is expected of an audience member?

This is an interactive experience and you will be contacted via emails, Frame VR, Whatsapp messages, discord and Virbella. There are instances where you will have a chance to speak to an actor directly. Also, you will benefit best if you keep your detective hat on!

 

What if I have a full time job or is in full time education and do not have the time?

This ARG is designed to sit alongside your daily life. You can choose how much or how little you engage with the game and narrative on a day-to-today basis. You will not miss out if you do not have enough time to dedicate to this experience. However, the more you give, the more you receive as this project will be bespoke and tailored to your curiosity and engagement.

 

Why do you need my email address and phone number and how will my information be stored?

We need your email address to contact you with further details of the show. We need your email address and phone number in order to contact you as part of the performance.
